The floor manager has total responsibility over the sewing floor; he works in collaboration with the technical and quality departments so as to achieve the box plan agreed upon with the merchandiser.
To fulfil the box plan, the floor manager sets a production plan according to the site’s capacity and in concordance with the box plan, with the assistance of the work study and the mechanic services.
Production lines are managed by qualified young and energetic line supervisors. The line supervisor assists in making sure that the correct method is used, and that motivation techniques are implemented to achieve the target and that the machinists understand what is required of them. They also control the production loaded on line to achieve the target allowed. Moreover, they make certain that the related procedures are implemented.
though the quality department is responsible fro controlling the product quality, the line supervisors ensure that the output meets the customer’s requirements; they refer to the sample and specification as well as the standards signed by the garment tech and the roving quality inspector to make sure that the work produced is conformed to the quality norms.
Machinists are instructed to understand the stitching operations, quality requirements, safety & healthy requirements.
They follow the specification and the technical standard they have produced and which is approved by the garment tech and signed by the roving quality auditor, the line supervisor and by themselves to guarantee that bulk production is conformed to the quality requirements. A list of quality points that the machinists need to control is attached at every machine for this purpose.
They check the work they produce as required in the “Traffic Light System” in order to make sure that the stitching quality requirement is respected.

As he is responsible for the product safety, the head mechanic also does necessary checks to ensure that the material in use is safe and maintained according to the established maintenance plan to avoid contamination; And that the procedures are applied (Broken needles replacement procedure, metal detector test, etc.)
The electrician takes care of the electricity installation within the factory.
The electrician ensures that critical machines and installation is maintained regularly, and that the maintenance schedule is implemented.
