The purchasing service ensures that the necessary raw materials are ordered to support the planned styles. The purchasers, based on the box plan, guarantee the orders-making and their chasing till goods are arrived in-site. They check with the stores staff to make certain that the goods received are correct in quality and volume. Any discrepancy is communicated to the supplier and the customer to sort out the issue prior to production launch. Only the approved and more performing suppliers are chosen.
